Refund policy

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Product must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase/order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used products
• Damaged products caused by customer misuse
• Customized products

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about refund approval.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours after delivery.
